My flights where cancelled in April 2020. Im still waiting for the refund... It was a big fight and many wasted hours trying to find a number to call. When I was able to talk to someone they would sympathise and say it would be sorted out and they would phone me the next day. Nearly 2 years later I've never had a call back. I have cried many tears over this. How can this company continue to operate? I finally managed to get them to agree to a refund, that was about 6 months ago.. Still processing apparently. They are blaming virgin Atlantic for taking so long. I don't believe them. Please never use them
