Do not use OPODO, it is a scam! They make difficult to talk with them, chat options not helpful as they are not agent. Asked to talk with an agent and said they were too busy. I cancelled the booking straight away as the booking was not what I asked for. I then realised I was charged even though the website says that the cancellation is in process. I talked to OPODO that advised they cannot refund as I have to direct this to the airline. Went to the airline that advised as booking has done through an agent I have to go and talk to OPODO. Please do not use it. Edit: According to the dictionary scam is a deceptive scheme or trick used to cheat someone out of something" and this describes exactly my experience. I booked flights, they were not what I asked, for, I cancelled almost immediately and, within my right I am entitled of full refund but according to one of the Opodo agent is not going to happen Below I am asked how easy was to get a refund: it does not look like I will get a refund, even though I am entitled to.
