This is so disrespectful. I can't believe that this agency is still functioning. Plaese, but pleaseee don't book anything through them. They dont want to help you, they just want easy money. They hanged up on me 5 times!!! It's always the same pattern - please wait and then they disappear. I asked two times to talk with the supervisor but they just hang up again. Amazing!!! I lost my flight, I lost a lot of money. They should be forbidden and all their agents should go to the market place, to sell fruits and veggies, it would suit them very well.
