I am still waiting for my flight refund from May 2020!
Every time I call them ( called 4 times in the last 2 weeks), they promise to escalate my request and contact me within 72 hours. Never had a phone call back. Do not trust them. Will never use them again. They do not deserve even 1 star in my opinion.
