If we could give less than one star, we would. Buying inexpensive plane tickets is absolutely not worth dealing with this company No exaggerations, we have spent at least 10 hours on hold with them over the past several months due to our flights being continually changed by the airlines to schedules that won't work for our family. The phone wait times are horrendous, they hang up on us, they transfer us to other departments that make us wait or hang up on us. We are stuck in an endless loop of them not being able to help.
