DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!
I booked flights with this company from London to Johannesburg. During my holiday my father passed away and could not return on the scheduled flight. I asked to cancel, refund or change my flight, to which I was told as I had used the outward flight they could not provide me with a refund for the ticket I HAD NOT USED. An example of a big company making money out of desperate people
