Appalling customer service. They made a mistake when transferring the names from the reservation to an electronic ticket(cut the first name to two letters making it not matching the passport which would have prevented us from boarding). Spent hours on the phone trying to solve it (spoke to over 15 different people), was assured if we paid directly to the airline for name change we will get reimbursed however this never happened. When I called to enquiry about the status of my claim I was told it has been closed (we were never informed of course). When asked to talk to a supervisor first was refused and then after spending more time on hold was told the supervisor will call back working next 5 hours. Needless to say it never happened. This ias absolutely unacceptable
