Their service is very poor. They sold return flights 30kg baggage allowance. When I checked with the airline they said on the return flight the allowance is 25kg per person. Opodo told me to purchase the 5kg difference for each person from the airline and we will refund you. I have sent the invoice on 16th Feb 2022 and still they haven’t sent me the refund. I can not get hold of any one on the phone as I am not a prime member. I only have to chat online with a robot who doesn’t understand! Please see attached picture. The airline doesn’t have to refund me it’s Opodo who should refund me!
This is the last time I purchase a holiday through their website. They are very unreliable.
