Flew me to Portugal cancelled my flight asked if I wanted a refund of another flight, I opted for another flight ....they spelt my wifes name wrong so she was not allowed on the airline, would not refund money and we ended up paying double for a one way return ticket direct with the airline. Spent about 2 hours on average each day for next 10 days trying to get Opodo to refund so now working with the credit card company to stop payment. Holiday ruined by these criminal BEWARE-DO B NOT USE THEM EVER.
