Opodo is the nastiest business organization I have ever seen. My flight was cancelled due to COVID. I contacted the Airlines. They suggested me to contact Opodo. But I had to pay additional appx GBP 200 for this. Opodo assured me that they were going to issue tickets within 48 hours. Again, many 48 hours passed, but they never contacted me. I contacted CEO (Dana), his office informed me the tickets would be issued soon. But it was never issued. Again, I contacted them. They informed me tickets would be issued within 72 hours. Again 24 hours, 48 hours etc. False hopes were their tools for pacifying the deprived customers. I lost my all my patience and finally gave up the hope of getting back of the money (GBP1,400)/tickets . How could Opodo establish an office in London? They should be in prison by now. Opodo’s evil activities have superseded Enron. Somebody should take them to the Court.
