I've NEVER left a negative review for a company in my life, but thanks to Opodo, they've outdone themselves.
The Opodo app is pushed onto you, but it doesn't even let you:
* add/change baggage
* receive boarding passes
* and gives false allocated seating information
I used them for booking flights with RyanAir, Opodo customer support basically re-directs you to the airline's website if you ask for changes (luggage), boarding passes etc.. why use their third-party service if you have to do it all manually yourself anyway?
For the love of god, do NOT use Opodo, they're a glorified middleman that mismanages your booking's and you'll tear your hair out trying to fix it.
