Booked with Opodo, they mixed up my flights without telling me. Had the return flight on the day of my flight to the destination.
Had to work through customer service for over two hours, ended up getting a refund only and not a new flight.
Had to rebook the flight, which was now 30% more expensive, as I booked it a couple days before.
Did not receive any compensation.
