Are withholding my refund for over 9 months!
My flight got cancelled in July 2021 and I requested a refund. They said it'll take 6 months because of covid and that Qantas was holding my money. I have a family friend who works for Qantas and said they never got the money so Opodo lied. I gave them an ultimatum and they said they will refund in 10 days, I waited 10 days and it never came, contacted them again and they said wait another 10 days. These guys are scammers and will steal your money, avoid like the plague.
