The worst experience !!! Don't buy through opodo !!!
We bought plane tickets through opodo, the flights changed and we had to ask for a refund. Each time they tell me that the request was sent to the airline but the airline claims that there is no request from the opodo. I'm desperate, I don't know what to do anymore, every time I contact them they tell me the same thing, that I have to wait even though it's been over 9 months since I applied for a refund.
The last time I was told that there was a problem with the application submitted by the opodo to the airline and they made another request in April. Therefore, they postponed the payment of the money for another 6 months. He will probably do the same thing again in 6 months.
I have sent countless emails but I reply back with standard emails telling me to wait. I really don't know what to do anymore.
