I wanted to change my flight 3 days upfront, called them, chatted with them. Another team called me back and was not able to reach me. In between those 3 days, I continued chatting with them and they were not able to help me, as I got forwarded to a main contact center in India who had no power over changing the flight. The team did not write me a mail to contact them back to change my flight, or send a mail at least to say they contacted me. Now I hear I have lost the flight What a POOR SERVICE!!!!! You guys are horrible. As you don't take responsibility for your LACK OF COMMUNICATION TOWARDS THE CLIENT I've flown already soooo much in my life, first time, I get this kind of service. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL
