Never got a refund of my cancelled flight. The claim status even dissapeared from my account. I called Singapore Airlines to ask for a follow up, and after cheking my flight status, they confirmed nobody claimed for a refund and that my flight was "open".
Can we all report Opodo to the consumer protection of UK? They shouldn't be operating if they are scammers. I have just did it, and if we all do it we will be louder.
