I agree with all the negative comments here. We requested a refund for a cancelled flight. It was refused because they said it hadn't been made within 24 hours of the booking. However, we have an email from them confirming they are processing the cancellation. This is dated 20 hours after the booking. We are taking this up with them through legal channels, but we recommend avoiding them at all costs.
