Dear Reader, a big NO NO NO, NEVER book with Opodo. They have a system in place which makes you give up in case you really need to change, cancel, or even get a refund due to flight irregularities. Basically, once you purchase the ticket if something happens, or the airline has cancel the lfight, despite your passenger rights that airline is providing , Opodo will play that way so you cannot get either in touch with them , or they push you , without saying it, to accept the full refund. Once you confirmed it ( never do ) they take 20% of your total cost and a delay of at least 3 months to give the refund, in many cases even 67 month or never , ive heard. This is just SCAM, the whole customer service is in India with untrained travel agents, they transfer you from one department to another , in the end they "promise "you that " relevant department " will contact you within 48 hrs. But obviously this never happens. Even when you purchase so called VIP or premium package ( also never bite this promise ) they will continue to charge you unless you change your bank card, or declare it fraud. So, beware of their scandalous practice , non customer service and a huge ripoff .
