Just terrible customer service
I booked with Opodo and got a Prime tariff even though it never asked me to sign up for it. I thought ok why not. On my profile there was no button that indicated I have Prime or that I could cancel it. 1 month later they charge the fee. Oviously the very rudimentary chat bot has no function for such requests. Then my name was spelled wrong in the booking and after hours I finally received a call from someone to tell me I have to pay extra 25 EUR. I explain it's not my mistake and she replies: "Well then I can't help you". Thanks for nothing. I will never book with them again. Not worth the drama.
