I booked a car via OPODO at EUROPCAR, and I did not get a car and did not get a refund for a week prepayment (390 EUR).
on 20th of September I have booked a car for a week and paid in advance 389.8 EUR.
When I came to a register desk my driving license was not accepted and I did not get a car. Worth to mention that my driving license is accepted in other rental companies and I am driving in the country (Germany, Frankfurt) using that document.
I had to order another rental car and pay extra.
Rental company - EUROPCAR did cancel the order so OPODO was not charged.
I asked OPODO for a refund and I was told that it is not possible and I need to open a case (02018814).
It's been more than a month and I haven't receive the money and any onswer on my case.
If I don't receive an answer, I am going to pass this to my lawyer and ask for refund and for compensation of my extra costs and stress.
