I am waiting for my refund since 2020 as my flight was cancelled during pandemic in March 2020 till now I haven't received refund inspite of more then 20 calls the message what they provide Is they are dealing with the airline and has escalated your issue.
A rubbish and totally disaster site and customer service are paid for telling lies.
