The website is extremely slow and during the 15 minutes it took to confirm my flight, the price increased by 20% and they "invited" me to click "purchase" at the new price. I did - begrudgingly - and paid for the fare. I then received an email that read "Price drop for your flight" showing me a much lower price for the flight just booked followed a few minutes later by another email reading "Your booking is confirmed!" with the details of my reservation... Like this was not enough, I then received an email welcoming me to Opodo Prime - but the link in the email was broken... How low is the quality of the tech department? The next day I had to click through 8 consecutive screens to cancel the Opodo Prime subscription - and the US Congress is looking into Amazon Prime's cancellation policy which only 3 screens... I've rarely seen such a poorly organized company, let alone an online travel agent. Good luck using it.
