Refuses to refund tickets, even if you pay extra for the ability to do so.
Takes less than 12 hours for them to just email you that the tickets are now debooked, but they wont pay you anything back.
Getting into contact with customer service is a hellhole of automated bots, FAQ's and other delays and hedges for you to jump over so you just give up rather than get your money back.
Cant recommend.
