Absolute scam of a company I booked a BA flight through them and BA cancelled my flight . However Opodo only refund you the flight part and not the insurance or their ‘admin’ fees which equates to half the flight. So basically you get a flight cancelled which is out of your control and they won’t give you a full refund regardless of the circumstances. there is no reason whatsover to use them so don’t bother and book direct
