Booked 2 flights using prime Opodo and after few days received a call from them to be told that there has been a change in the outward flights and afterwards continued with a complete overhaul in the return flight too which had a night stay without a hotel or lounge provision. We were given no choice except that we cancel the flights which was very unfortunate and unacceptable as the prices for the same tickets had doubled. We have been trying to tell them that my husband can’t take the 20 hour stay at the airport as he has severe back problems but they just say that we can cancel the tickets.
