My bank sent me a text w frau alert as opodo deducted money for my prime membership without informing me via email before.
I try to cancel now since yesterday without success.
The numbers they have available on the webpage are not working.
Complaints/contact to custumor service seems to be just possible w booking reference which I obviously don't have
I tried to leave a feedback and got an auto response / Email no longer monitored
If you want to life chat and type in cancel member ship it's a chat bot which explains how to do it but it does not work as the website/app is not giving the option described by the chatbot or on various internet webpages.
I probably might have to get in contact with the government fraud service as it appears lots of people have the same issue and my bank advised me to report this to the police.
