While one advisor offered a discounted membership and voucher (which seemed useless given the circumstances), another advisor inexplicably signed me up for a £69.99 Prime membership without my consent.
I have already disputed this unauthorized charge and sent a complaint email, but your response was simply an excuse, citing non-refundable terms. Finding myself enrolled in a service I never requested, and with limited options to fix my booking issue, is deeply frustrating.
This experience has completely eroded my trust in your company. I will not hesitate to use alternative travel providers in the future, even if it means paying slightly more.
