Opodo is a fradulent company and doesn't honour what it promises. Their prime membership is a drain of money and they fool gullible customers without providing a basic minimum services. Their customer care is the biggest haux as the back office in India and the employees there didn't understand basic asks easily and waste customer's time unnecessarily without providing any resolutions.
I will give a ZERO rating but had to give ONE STAR as thats the minimum here.
