Booked a flight which was subsequently cancelled by the airline.
Promised a refund thought all ok but no.........
I have spoken to eight advisers who all promised to get it sorted but nothing paid out. Blamed the airline first -spoke to them and know they paid the money to Opodo straight away. Really badly treated.
Bunch of crooks in my opinion. Do not deal with this company!!
