I wish I had read these reviews before I booked. I paid and extra £20 for their so called Premium Service. What a joke. I have had to do everything myself.
I had booked extra leg room seats. They charged me for this and than told me I had not got them because of security reasons. I emailed tech and after not having a reply got onto the airline myself. They sent me confirmation of my booking with the seats that I had paid also an extr £500 for. ( Manchester to Sydney). After 4 days Opodo sent another email saying the seats were not booked and I had to phone the airline myself.
When I challenged them about this so called Premium Service, all I am getting is a load of rubbish. I asked for a refund of my Premium Service fee, and they sai d I could not have it as normally, the service is excellent. I am lost now.
