I’ve booked a flight from London UK to Tasmania Australia for the end of this January, a flight requiring 2 long haul flights and 1 short haul flight from Melbourne to Tasmania. I recently called to enquire about upgrading my ticket and I got little effort from Opodo customer services. I was simply told that because the short haul flight didn’t have multiple seating option than I couldn’t make any changes to my ticket despite amendments no doubt resulting in much more money for Opodo. It was a classic “computer says no” phone call. I registered a complaint in Jan 3rd and no one’s even contacted me to acknowledge it. If you want flexibility and good after sale service, then I would definitely not recommend Opodo! Let’s see if they bother to contact me. Terrible service. Rhys Berry
