Trying to see why they have sent me an email saying complete your booking when I have a confirmation email telling me my booking is complete!
Rang their painful call centre number and after the usual press 1 for .......etc etc eventually was advised your call will be answered in 2+minutes . 13 minutes later the mind numbing Muzak finally broke my spirit and I have up! First time I have used Oporto and based on this one experience definitely the last!
