Worst company I’ve ever come across. Very hard to contact them and when you do their systems are down. Booked a flight and baggage was not included. Tried many times to pay for my baggage but was not able to do so because the stupid system did not allow it. Then called customer services to try and pay for my baggage and guess what? their systems are down! What do I do? I will never ever use this rubbish company ever again the total waste of time and then they send your junk mail every single day to try and promote their deals
