Appalling experience with Opodo.
Booked 2 flights over half term, paid, and then received an email saying that booking was in progress and would be updated shortly. At 1am the next day I received an email saying they had been cancelled.
Then booked 2 seats on another flight and paid again. After no confirmation in 24 hours, I contacted Opodo by telephone (a nightmare to get through), only to be told that again my seats were not available and that I could expect a refund within 10 days! All this despite the fact that the same flight was still being advertised on Opodo. Terrible customer service. Strongly recommend that they be avoided.
