absolutely awful customer services! despite deducting £826 cancellation charges for 4 passengers, its been over three weeks, still not received the refund yet, every time I call, they say it will be refunded, but never received the money.
Don't trust them, avoid using them at any cost!! they are only good at booking your tickets, once something goes wrong, they are awful.
Customer service has no clue what to say!!
