Really terrible customer service..no support regarding refunds, misleading information given by the advisors and supervisors.
Made a very big mistake in booking with opodo !! Something that is simple to sort out in 30 mins they advisors dragged on to 8 days and still no resolution
My ADVISE IS PAY EXTRA POSSIBLY €20-30 AND GET A GOOD SERVICE
