If anything goes wrong with your booking, whether it's Opodo's fault or the Airline you are booked with. Opodo will lie, cheat and delay any refund that you are owed. You cannot speak to anyone other than their call centre, who will regurgitate the same lies and stalling tactics over and over again.
I have been waiting on a refund for nearly two months from Opodo even though the Airline have refunded my money back to them.
They are a scam of a company.
