I don't usually write reviews, however I need to vent a little frustration after trying to deal with Opodo. Ironically I actual checked out a couple of reviews prior to booking and they seemed ok. Clicked on the website and booked return flights from Tenerife, booked flights no problem for 4 people, confirmation email with booking reference promptly followed. All good, email landed 4 days later to tell me that unfortunately my booking had "failed"? although they will offer me an alternative flight at no extra cost or charge to me, great I contacted customer services to get conformation of our alternative flights. " yes no problem sire, new cost will be an additional £595, no sorry I say, my email states alternative flight at no extra cost. Ah no sorry sir this was only available on the day we sent you the email????? What an absolute disgrace of a company, they are completely miss selling products and then ripping customers off when they try to resolve issues. A complete lawless rouge company, fraud at its best, avoid at all costs, Europe's largest and most despicable travel agent!!!
