We have had terrible service from them. Spent hours trying to contact, find out our booking status, the promised help was not delivered, etc. Getting very close to departure date and no reassurance of flights. In fact, they were still being “processed”.
In the end we booked directly with the (same) airline and got a much better deal. Best part was cancelling with them! Difficult to trust them again!
