DON'T USE OPODO PLEASE:
1. DREADFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE: ONLY WAY TO CONTACT THEM IS VIA MESSANGER AND YOU GET TO TALK TO A CUSTOMER PERSON AFTER A LONG WAIT: ON MORE THAN ONE OCCASION I HAD TO WAIT LONGER THAN 40 MIN FOR A RESPONSE.
2. THEY ARE SHARKS: I WAS CHARGED £150 FOR A FLIGH CANCELLATION MADE BY THE AIRLINE! I WAS NOT TOLD AT ANY STAGE THAT ALTHOUGH I WAS NOT INITIATING THE CANCELLATION I WOULD STILL BE CHARGED A HEFTY £150 FOR THE PLEASURE OF THEIR SERIVCES!! I WOULD HAVE BEEN BETTER OFF DEALING DIRECTLY WITH THE AIRLINES. IT WOULD HAVE BEEN QUICKER, LEANER AND A NO EXTRA COST
PLEAE DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE!!
