Terrible, absolutely terrible.
I book flight (round-trip) from London to Riga last week.
Received an e-mail that the booking is in process. After that received an e-mail that price has changed - seemed less so all good. Next day, that I can get my boarding passes.
After couple more days - Booking unconfirmed!
Ridiculous customer service - worst I have ever seen!!!
When I asked to speak to someone from the management team, apparently they cant do that. The assistant advised -> I have sent you now our claim form which you can submit and after submitting our Complaint team will get in touch with you.
Nothing came through!!!!!!!!!
My advise to not book with them directly - research and book directly with the airline - this is what I got as an advise over the phone and I am missing my relatives funeral because of their FANTASTIC approach.
