during booking the site crashed and I didn't receive a final confirmation on the screen. So I thought that I had not booked anything. Booked using different website only to find OPODO have charged me even I had not received a confirmation.
Customer services are rude and made me wait for an hour before I got fed up.
DO NOT USE THEM.
