Opodo is an awful company. If you have a problem they don't do anything to help you out. Customer service is like talking to a robot with a default messages. The website crash when I was doing a booking they charge me twice and they don't respond e-mail either. In the end I called the hotel and they told me I had a double booking but Opodo was inform and they did a refund but the refund hasn't been pay ban into my bank account.
I will never use this website again
