HORRIFIC SERVICE
WOULD EVEN RATE ONE STAR, After having a flight cancelled only to find out by calling to get flight details I was told someone would contact me 72 hours. Had no response I called to change the flight 1 HOUR WAITING TIME EACH TIME. Travel agent then moved my flight home via singapore, I asked if this was safe for me to fly to as I am 12 weeks pregnant. I then found out this airport is second most dangerous to fly to with the coronovirus. I called Opodo to cancel as the stress of this all I wanted a refund which I paid an extra £130 to have CANCEL AT ANY TIME ANY REASON insurance to then be told it wasnt valid on cancelled flights ! Ok fine but I had rebooked a flight so how was this not valid I had a scheduled flight !!!! I have now been told I have to wait 90 days for a full refund 3 MONTHS !!!!! So I have paid all this money for what !!!! SCAM SCAM SCAM
After reading all these reviews I felt incredibly stupid
Please to anyone who thinks to book with this company please do not they do not care about their customers at all
