Again, only one star because 0 is not available me. Was book from Munich to Beijing via Paris and Moscow- at checkin was told I can't go because I didn't have a visa for Russia as the flight were not booked as one trip - therefore I would have been forced to collect bags and re check in in MOS this requiring the Visa to renter the security area. Called customer 'service' - and was told they could move the flight to the next day and I could get the visa in the meantime - ??? - cancelled the whole trip and had to buy a direct flight at the airport - we'll see if I ever see my Monday back - DO NOT USE OPODO - worst experience I've had I decades of traveling !!
