Was informed one of our flights in SE Asia had been cancelled in December - SPENT HOURS ON PHONE TO THEIR SUPPOSEDLY UK CALL CENTRE (if so why does no
one speak English?)...no refund and flight still showing on our itinerary. Yesterday got email from them confirming my flight today was leaving at 14.20 - it left at 10.35 - Opodo never told us and we missed our flight. Now stuck in Siem Reap airport... cost money, missed connections etc etc - NOTHING FROM OPODO. MY ADVICE WOULD ULD BE TO AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS - WHY IS NO ONE INVESTIGATING THIS COMPANY??!!
