Opodo charged my credit card 25 pounds more than the FINAL price displayed to me when I clicked 'purchase now'. The price I agreed to pay at the final stages after entering my credit card details was 494. I clicked purchase now. I then noticed on the invoice I received that I had been charged 518 without ever agreeing that price (that price was never displayed to me). I have tried to complain but they are refusing to even understand what I am saying and are taking 1 month to even respond to emails. Appalling. In the past they took 5 months to refund flights after the airline cancelled them. Stay away.
