Dreadful service. Never again. They got my name the wrong way round on the flight ticket but did nothing despite 4 phone calls and 2 emails accompanied by a copy of my passport which they had requested. I took the risk and flew from Manchester to Buenos Aires, returning from Rio de Janeiro without any airline staff noticing the error.
Another alarm when Opodo emailed me saying that my outward flight was no longer available and I could book a new flight the following day. I agreed to this but received no confirmation. I assumed it was another example of their appalling administration and I was right. No changes in my flight times occurred.
During my 2 phone calls, I’m certain that I was cut off by their call centre in Asia while the staff member I was trying to communicate with 'talked to his supervisor'.
As others have said, they may deliver the goods when things are straightforward but let any hiccup occur and you have no chance. They are a bunch of cowboys.
