AVOID. Called multiple times about a possible cancelled flight, left on hold for over 2 hours. Contacted them through email and chat options as well and was promised a call back on multiple occasions, which never happened. Now they are refusing to refund our accomodation booking despite our flights being cancelled and a national health crisis in our destination country. Genuinely the worst company. Zero customer service. Cannot express my disappointment and anger.
