AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
Refused to help after we asked to change a name on a booking, chased them for 3 months. They said they were unable to and to contact the airline. The airline were not helpful either and kept telling us to contact Opodo. Then after they finally responded to me, they said they were unable to refund and unable to change the name, and refused to send me the terms and conditions for my flight.
